Advice needed.

I really like this guy named Patrick, but I not sure if he likes me back or not. He is always joking around and asking me a bunch of questions. He teases me when I'm playing video games with him. When I sit near him I get nervous, and my leg starts shaking. He notices, but he smiles at me with his blue eyes.

My friends tell to ask him out, but I don't want to be the one who makes the first move. They say I shouldn't miss this opportunity, to go out with him. I also think it might be akwards, because he is a sophomore and I am a junior.

It totally seems like he likes me. But still I'm not quite sure, about the whole thing. Like if he likes me then we might go out and all, like that would be a good thing. But then all of my friends would know in a matter of a day.

Could you guys help me out, please.

well, as my dear old friend winter says,

First ya gotta work up a conversation. If he isn't gonna do the work you have to. So once you've gotten to talk a bit, ask him if he wants to go out for FAST FOOD sometime the next day. or go out to starbucks or something. if he's eager, it probably means he likes you. do this for a bit until you two are comfortable, then ask him out on a real date.
